Mustered in 19 Oct 61 as a Private. Promoted to Corporal either 1 or 26 March 63. Reenlisted 1 Jan 64 at Plymouth, NC. Captured 20 April 64 at Plymouth, NC. Died 22 Sept 1864 at Andersonville, GA. Grave # 9526.
